We are proud to be under the strict Rabbinical supervision of the RCF-Rabbinate of Central and North Florida. The RCF is a local Hashgacha which supervises all Mehadrin Kosher establishments in the greater Orlando area. The RCF’s highly experienced Rabbinical authorities have been representing many internationally and nationally acclaimed Hashgachos, here in Central Florida, for over 30 years.  The RCF’s standards are up to par with national Kashrus standards. It is a nationally recognized Hashgacha and it’s endorsed by the CRC Chicago.
